Channa and Aloo Curry (Chickpea and Potato Curry) by Matthew
Matthew uses Maywah spices to cook this delicious West Indian cuisine;
Ingredients and Measurements:
6 small/medium potatoes peeled and cut
1 can chickpeas (or 1.5 cups)
1 small onion sliced
1 scallion chopped
1 wiri wiri pepper (crushed with garlic)
6 cloves garlic (crushed with pepper)
1 tbsp. Maywah curry powder
2 tbsp. Maywah garam masala
oil to cook (about 1/4 cup)
salt to taste
