Sitara Hewitt Cooks Traditional Chana Curry Using Maywah Foods Spices

- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 1 large onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch (2 1/2 cm) piece of ginger, peeled and grated,
- 2 tablespoons Maywah's Garam Masala
